The I.A.C. valve appears to unscrew itself, causing it to not open because the spring keeps it closed. You have to remove it and screw the valve back in then reinstall it. Video will show the location of IAC and how to take it off and clean it. This may fix rough or high idle due to bad IAC valve. If check engine light is on and code points at the IAC then clean the IAC first. If this doesn’t fix the problem then replace it.
