I had number 2 go out after I had a shop replace the valve cover gasket for the 4th time since I owned the car it has 199k right now. I assume he screwed up the coil pack while doing the valve cover since it wasnt bad prior. I brought it back to him and asked if the coil pack was the hard one to get to he lied and said yes which I know now wasnt the case. I had him replace it for I think $300 and the spark plug. I will never be able to do the 3 in the rear myself. The thing is I have almost 100k on the current plugs and was thinking of replacing spark plug 4 and 6 myself. But that will leave 1 3 5 with 100k on them. Car has been running good not sure I want I want to mess with them just yet. My purge valve was just replaced due to gas not going in the tank without clicking pump a bunch of times. Also my rear window regulator just failed so look forward to that ifmlm you havent had it yet.
I dont know why hyundai put plugs in such a bad place.
Also if you have to do 1 3 5 might as well have pvc replaced as well.
