Welcome to the Trick Shift Garage! In this video, we will show you how to reset your throttle body’s engine idle speed to normal. There are numerous steps where you can go wrong so try to do your best and if it doesn’t work the first time try again. It took us more than a handful of times until it finally worked. This procedure should work for most of Nissan’s electronic throttle body engines. Thank you for watching and Supporting the Channel!

What do I do when my check engine light is never blinking
I have a 2019 370Z; will this work on the VQ37VHR engine?
Will this work for a 2008 hybrid Altima? I have the P0507 code and I’m trying to fix it.
Very Good Video. Thank You Very Much !!!
Amazing! Worked first time on 2006 manual Qashqai. Didn’t hear the throttle body noise but kept going with the instructions and the engine light blinked still as you described so I kept going 🙂 had the high idle issue after cleaning the throttle body and now idles at 600 rather than 1400. Noice.
It worked perfectly, thank you very much
Can it also wrk on manual?
Thank u so much it took me 10x to get it but I got it thank u my stuff was raving up and down now it not
I’ve attempted a couple of times, i did exactly in the video, start the car once check engine stays solid, im still getting the p2101 code. Should the code go away instantly? Or does it mean the system didn’t re-learn?
Hi u dont mention a yr or engnie size for this procedure? This must be a 6 cyd cause my 4 looks nothing like this?
Very crazy long process..can the relearn be done with diagnostic tool
Will this work on a 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5se ?
Gonna try this on my Sentra. I replaced my throttle body twice and keep getting hit with an actuator code.

Excellent video! I have watched at least 10 re learn vids and not only did the relearn process work the first time first time, cleat precise directions without useless information

Hello, will this work with a Nissan Titan? Thank you
Worked for me 06' nissan quest. Needed to be done. Was idling at 900rpms now 650rpm smooth.
Ima try this out on my 2008 g35 HR sedan because the idle is surging from 2k back down to 1k
Great video. I have a 2002 Nissan Xterra 3.3 VG33e. I had the battery out for 3 hours to replace my power steering pump. When I reinstalled the battery I noticed immediately after it warmed up that I was having a very rough idle. Scan showed P0300. Could this be the cause?
Is this process necessary for a 2013 Nissan Armada?
Does this work for an Acura rsx?
Will this work on 2004 nissan elgrand E51
I'm doing this on my 06 Nissan frontier 2.5 with manual transmission, but for some reason i can't hear the throttle body working, with either the new one or the old one, what could be the issue?
Thanks, it took me about 7 times before it worked for me
