This time we fix a hard shift issue in a Buick LeSabre. We ended up replacing shift solenoids, which is a common problem for the cars that use the 3800 engines.
In the 80’s and 90’s; GM car door windows were moved up and down by a plastic strap driven by a sprocket. This “regulator tape” will deteriorate with time and contamination, causing the window to get slow and binding. Replacing this tape will restore the window to functionality.
