Jesse H says:

when I’m done installing the new shocks, do I start the car up while the car is still off the ground? and let the air pump pump up the shocks? or let the car down on the new shocks, then start the car and let the shocks pump up with weight on them?

Eway Peso says:

I want to know what if the part in the truck (light blue) that is connected to the black part which is the shocks is cracked one side. What do i need to get fixed? The shocks are new but the trunk part cracked and the whole back of my car is down as if there are no shocks at all. It’s cracked where as if you open the trunk and take the liner out you can see the back right wheel. Please help

Nick's Steam Toys & More says:

Great video! My bottom mount broke and sent the shock into the sidewall of my tire, blowing the tire on the highway. Can I remove the shock as shown and drive the car for a day or two without it while waiting on the new shock?

One of the better vids I’ve seen on the subject. What’s the make and part number of those shocks? I’m doing the same thing to my 05 Lesabre and haven’t been able to find the right shocks with the style fitting that’s in your video. The ones I ordered from AutoZone were ACDelco and we’re allegedly compatible to my car but when they came in I noticed the nipple on the shocks are threaded and the air line on the car is a clip on (not compatible). Went back to AutoZone but all they seem to have are shocks with threaded nipples. Any advise?

Knuckle Dragger says:

So my fatsners broke on the rear… How do i get that 10mm bolt out then?

XT Camaro says:

Thank you for taking the time to document this and share.  I took the wheel off (since I don't have a hoist) and it was incredibly easy.  Love big GM cars.  Parts were cheap too.  This video gave me the confidence to do the project myself.

Carter's Cars says:

Great video. Gonna do this to my father's car. I'm glad that it's easy to do haha. another video said that you should just cut the air line going to the shock so i clicked off of that video and found this

Osbaldo Reyes says:

would a 2003 buick lesabre be the same?

Frankyouknow says:
