I know it seems like removing the engine mount and bracket is an unnecessary hassle, but it’s the only way to torque all the bolts correctly when you’re replacing the upper timing chain cover or gasket. For reference, this is the engine from a MK6 VW GTI with the 2.0TSI engine.
