I clean up the Control Housing and refurbish the electrical switches on my 87 442 A/C Control.

I install the number 1 and 2 Speed Pro Pistons into the Olds 455. I then check Top Dead Center and check the Intake Center Line on the Howards Cams Hydraulic Roller Camshaft installed in the Olds 442.

I install the other 6 Speed Pro pistons in the Olds 455 block. I then go through the torque procedure on the APR Rod Bolts.

I go through my list of parts needed to do my conversion. Changing the Olds 442 from V Belts to a Serpentine Belt system on the Olds 455.

I install the Edelbrock RPM heads on the Olds 455. I paint the ARP Bolt heads to simulate the stainless steel look. I go over how I calculate rocker arm geometry with the use of a Harland Sharp rocker.

Finally getting around to updating those bad 4×10 OEM rear speakers to a decent pair of 6x9s. I was able to use a set of adapters for an easy, clean and simple install while saving the original condition of the car. PARTS: Adapters https://www.ebay.com/itm/131726727994 #4×10 #Adapters #Gbody

I adjust the valves on the Olds 455. I use Morel Roller Lifters, Comp Cams Magnum Pushrods, and Harland Sharp Roller Rockers. I use the method described in Ellison’s Machine Shop Video: https://youtu.be/5EGlb_VpTAw

I install the Sealed Power Oil Pump and Milodon Windage Tray on to the Olds 455.

I test fit the Kooks G-Body Big Block Olds Headers. This was to get the right placement for the Dipstick Tube install. I also install the Oil Filter Housing and Wix XP Filter.

I disassemble the 442 tail lights and sand and polish the plastic lens and plastic chrome trim. I use a 3M Headlight Cleaning Kit. I install the new Timing Cover and Moroso Oil Pan on my Olds 455. I’m using gaskets from a Fel-Pro kit.
