I don’t think I would’ve replaced anything with oem cause it sounds like Toyotas oem is junk. That truck doesn’t look old enough to need all those bushings replaced
I dig the complete overhaul of not wanting to do a project twice. Many times on my vehicles I have gone this route, friends of mine don’t even bother, just replace vehicle with another purchase and car note. As for the majority of your issues on this truck is the oversized tires and lift kit. My motto for vehicles is, once you modify the vehicles’s suspension you will break parts that were designed to last a lifetime of a properly maintained chassis.
No such thing as cheap and quick. Cheap, quick, or good. You can pick 2 of them. Cheap and quick isn't good. Cheap and good isn't quick. Quick and good isn't cheap.
When one major component is toast (eg steering rack) you can be sure everything else has gone the same way. New steering rack really means a whole new front end.
I'm a pretty decent parts changer, but man, I am jealous of your skill set. To be able to do all of this, do it right and with confidence is a beautiful thing.
❤❤❤loveit❤❤❤good job

Stay dirty and keep the videos coming
If only I had to money I'd replace the whole suspension system on my 13 camaro
You were smiling?
You’re doing the job the right way.

Durajunk,never heard of Moog??
When the parts exceed the value of the car… Can't really say too much, though, because I do the same thing on my rust bucket gmt800 suburban…
Frame looks in good shape. Expecting rust.

Man, why wouldn't anyone want you as a brother-in-law?
Amazing! Especially when the Toyota Tundra was listed as the best truck on the market! Guess that was a load of BS!

Still cheaper than a new truck
Like renovating old Houses…Open layer, by layer
