How do you measure/know the water pump pulley is turning about 100rpm too slow? I’m having the same issue and I e done everything so I want to try your method of knowing the rpm in the water pump pulley
Did you open the radiator and see if coolant is actually flowing freely? You could have a clogged radiator or the water pump isn’t turning the impeller.
