I’m glad I found this video. It helped me a lot thanks

stopDabs says:

Next time you need to do this, make sure you dab a bit of grease on every
part, Including the bulb sockets.Next time all the parts will slide right
out.

stopDabs says:

Bad engineering. The tail light assembly should have been made In some type
of metal. The plastic guides are very cheep and can break very easily.
Even the stinkin clips that hold the fabric should have had some side tits
to press and release them Instead of tugging on them and possibly breaking
them. Again, made badly. If you take you time and look at what you want to
do, you can do It but you got to have some confidence.

A woman workin on a car and giving instructions….can i take u to dinner.
Lol

EricaceaeCalluna says:

@bugsiev8 Yeah another person mentioned the carpet tabs have centers as
well. I don’t know if my mine are different or perhaps I just do’t see how
to get that center piece out. Either way, these little guys cost as little
as $1 at Westlake and I think less then $3 at the dealership. Until they
die on me, I’m good 😉

Ashla Knights says:

It took longer then 3 minutes bit thank you very much for your video. 🙂

avonchizz0890 says:

Do You know how to take out the headlight housing?…I couldn’t get it out
for nothing, I would be able to wiggle it but the bottom corner closest to
the bumper just didn’t want to come out…and your video was a big help
becuz im installing tailights as well =) thank you

svogel7777 says:

Wow! There is no way I would have ever figured this out without your video.
My husband just sat back and watched, because you made it look so easy that
I was confident I could do it. He was very impressed. Thank you SOOO much!!

whatispunk says:

Thanks a lot. This video really helped me. There are two things that your
viewers should know though. 1. The clips that hold the fabric part on are
two individual pieces. There’s a little button piece that slides out of the
main clip. Once you take that out the rest of the clip will come out much
easier. 2. Don’t handle the light built with your bare hands. The oil from
your skin will cause the glass to heat up irregularly and bubble, resulting
in a significantly reduced lifetime.

RosettaStoned804 says:

My wife’s 2005 altima brake light bulb keeps working its way out of the
housing, causing the bulb to not work. We have to check it literally every
day before she goes to work. I dont know whether this is a design flaw from
Nissan or if the Sylvania bulbs we buy are too large for the housing.
Either way it sucks…

Jake Losh says:

I have a question! I got a 2003 Altima, and i have a problem with the rear
stop light (right one). When i push the brake, the right brake doesn’t
light up. However, when I turn on the lights (parking and low beam) the
bulb does work. I think it’s a bad fuse, do you agree with me? Thank you
for your time.

JCCanada47 says:

Straight forward instructions ….thank you
