I have the 20 HP Mercury 4 stroke, and I think they are pretty much the same motor. My motor will idle, all though it is rough, but if I open the throttle, it bogs down. Every once in a while it will idle up and run full speed but only for a few seconds. Any idea why it would act like that? Great video… I will be replacing the Impeller soon thanks!!!!!!
