@Ace Ventura… nice job explaining everything! I wanted to point out that IF your amp has high level inputs, you don't need an LC2i-PRO or any LOC for that matter, nor do you need to run a remote wire. Tapping into the factory wires of the sub, then connecting them to the high level input of the amp will give you the signal needed, and will allow the amp to turn on when it senses the factory signal once the car is powered on
Get rid of the jumper and run just the left channel. The lci2 is built for that. Jumping it might hurt things down the road
hi i am really trying to learn. i have a tundra with some subwoofer behind the seats. are u saying i disconnext that and use those wires to plug into the converter? how do i know which wires go where? your video almost helped me but confused on that part. thanks

Simple and straight to the point.
You don't need those little jumper wires if you just put the speaker wires from the sub on the other side. Left. Just fyi.
If That thing you are using is meant to take the high-mid range Audio input from the speaker wires and convert it to a full range RCA output so your Amp can output the low Range audio to your new subwoofer how is it working properly.. The audio signal going to your door speakers isn't the same as the audio signal that is going to that subwoofer
This is somewhat dangerous Bro. You need an inline fuse to your Lc2i. You have no protection if you get a short.
Help me please. Mine LC1i isn't powering up. I plugged the power weird into the amp power wire input connector with an inline fuse but it's not working. Not running a remote lead cause I thought it could pick up the signal from the speaker and it would turn on. Do I need to do something different?

Could i run my power and ground from the LCI 2 pro over to the amp ? Instead of battery since the amp is connected to battery?

Where did you run the ground wire to for the amp? I ran mine to the ground post for the main battery ground but not sure if that’s okay or not considering the battery relies on that as a main ground and don’t want any sort of heat or interference etc.?
Question. Can you run the LC2i power wire off of the power feed at the amp? I’m about to install mine when it arrives.
