Gerardo Herrera says:

I changed the air pump the relay and the fuse and I still got noting what can I do

Mr M says:

There was no power coming to the Air Pump electric connector. I replaced relay and then it was showing 22V power coming to the Electric connector. So i thought that was issue. After 50 KM drive, engine light back on. I checked power to Electric Connector….and it's not giving me any power anymore. I checked on cold start. Should 22V be coming to connector or 12V? Is my new relay dead now

I have 03 MBS55 AMG code P0410 ,bench test pump run strong ,0.5 Om, relay test is clicking but have no power to pump, do you think SAM module is bad??
Thank you

Mike Lemon says:

Besides checking the resistance at the terminals of the air pump, I would have liked to see you apply 12v directly at the air pump terminals to further show it is completely not functional.
My situation, currently troubleshooting code P0410 on 2010 GLK 350. And all the components seem be functioning except am missing the trigger signal from the ECU at the air pump terminal. I verified the wiring is good as you showed in the video, both the ground (brown terminal #2 and the other (terminal #1) to the 40A fuse. The conditions were met for the ECU to trigger the air pump and the switch over valve but no trigger signal from ECU. I am not sure what this means or if there is something wrong with the ECU or possibly a fuse inside the ECU I need to check!
Note – again, the 40A fuse and the relay both checked out fine and to be sure I replaced both of them with know good ones. Any suggestion or pointers be greatly appreciated ! So at this point it seems electrical signal issue!
