For a hyundai santa fe 2013 2.4l is the clockspring ONE WIRE or TWO WIRE?
Hyundai has increased the warranty on the clock spring to 15 years and unlimited miles. Just got my 2016 Hyundai Elantra replaced.
Did you rotate the clock spring before installing?
Now it will randomly go off on you going down the road…just Korean cars….
Ay man, do you happen to have a full video of this on your channel? I can’t find it.
Did you have any issues with the clock spring? I am going to be replacing mine with a used one and from what i understand you have to “center” it before installing
Hyundai is extending the warranty coverage for the driver’s front airbag clock spring assembly on certain 2011-2014 Elantra vehicles, 2011-2013 Sonata vehicles, and 2011-2014 Sonata Hybrid vehicles to 15 years, unlimited mileage, from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use.
Search for "hyundai warranty extension txxa" and enter you VIN to see if you qualify for a FREE replacement.
Easier and cheaper if this extended part warranty covers you…
It's getting damage again & again. Wouldn't last for a year. Any suggestions how to make it lasts longer?
