I am wondering if with the light flashing like that is because one set of bulbs are LED. They never put the relay for replacing the old bulb with an LED.
The flat wires in PCs are typically referred to as ribbon cables.

I really enjoy these step by step diagnostics. You show incredible patience and a methodical process to eliminate components in question. I feel your subscription based fee pain in regard to your diagnostic tool. I'm an IT guy and many of the tools I use are subscription based. It seems to be the way the word is going for everything.

Did they put single function bulbs (especially LED where it’s designed for incandescent/halogen) in the headlights in error? I did replace my flasher in my 07 Silverado when I switched to LED but I’ll tell ya, I have more problems with those darn retrofit LED bulbs. They look nice and crisp on it but those bulbs are terrible for long term integrity!

Ray that Apollo is never going to be enough for what you do. You need something way more powerful. I have the Triton and love it but im getting ready to pull the trigger on the Topdon phoenix max as well. Get rid of the Apollo and get something better before that thing drives you insane. When I had my Apollo, I kept less than a year before I realized it was nowhere close to what i needed.
