Very well done, Bri! What is the normal diag for the Information Center (Escalade) in the cluster not working or even lighting up? I was told by a cluster repair guy on eBay that they would just replace the screen but I'm wondering if its going to be a similar solder issue as the odometer? The guy is selling this service for $50 for just the odometer. Thanks~
what should i buy my land lord for easter?
what can be happening if the display is working but it's hard to see the light?. I can only see the display at night… BTW, I have the lights intensity on max.
Thank you for this video. MY PRNDL and Odometer do not work. My solder points look excellent and i do not see any other broken solder anywhere. I know it is not a fuse issue because all other lights on the cluster work. Any idea what the issue could be?
Is it the same if all the back lights on the dash and the PRNDL is not displayed?? I have a 2002 4×4 Sonoma. Thanks for posting your videos
How do you remove a dimmer switch (windshield lever) for a Pontiac Aztek 2001?
@Do it yourself Bri
The ignition switch and the lever make it impossible to take off the top cover. (The ignition switch has a type of exterior cover ;stands out from the cover)
VVery good! Thanks!

My friend has a 93 Ford F-350 and the odometer stopped working at 150k. Could he have the same type of issue?
Thank you for this Brian, I actually have one of those, 2006 GMC in fact!
How about swapping out all the small push bulbs with LED bulbs, if available, while you have the panel disassembled?
Thanks for the tutorial Brian, I imagine that this is applicable to any typical instrument panel.
Good stuff.
