Oh dang this is what's happening at Siemens mobility they're trying to train them properly but when they hit the floor it's a whole different ball game they're still working on it with the training process so it's a work in progress right now it seems like they're trying to now combined floor scenarios into the education center
all the while I'm looking for a job but can't find any
Most of these places that “can’t find workers” just have to high of a standard and are to lazy to train anyone
What kind of degree are you talking about most 4 year degrees ain’t going to fix or build a car

GM engineers have always gotten one thing right: home mechanic friendliness. You won't be cussing up a storm when trying to fix something simple. Can't same the same for most other manufacturers.
So true, Scotty! They’re hiring for the Delta Township plant but at much lower rate than UAW workers.
Being educated in the American college system doesn't make you smart. I have proof. So I have to disagree with this one Scotty. There are plenty of smart people who for whatever reasons weren't cut out for school. It doesn't mean they aren't smart. Sometimes it means they're smarter.
