I have had two mustangs gt and i dealt with 2 piece plugs. I used regular socket and wrench and a dollar can of carb spray from walmart and a ton of PATIENCE. I always get all 8 out with success and in the link below those plugs had 93k on them. Start at 7 minutes u see one come out. Start at 9 minutes and listen to the sound it makes when coming out

Hello, i have an 04 f150 with the 5.4 triton that i need to put fresh plugs in but am scared of stripping the threads since ive read that its common cause of the heads. Do you know if the year you used for this vid had that issue fixed or not?
