My alternator died and I pieced a few parts together to make it work again. New voltage regulator modules for for $12 on amazon with brushes.

I thought the purpose of this video is to show people how to test a voltage regulator, all your doing is throwing parts at your car and hope it works.

I'm pretty sure you can get one for bigger office but really it's a size of altering not the regulator regulator only convert alternating current into DC current cuz she generates AC current

I see your online….I'm changing my old alt with a 300 amp alt, but the new alt doesn't hav3 a spot for the 3 wire that plugs back into the alt. Do you have any idea what the side wire is for

You need a slip ring, might have a faulty 3 pin connector or rectifier, make sure you connect the ground post on the back to a ground
