What year is this Town and Country? I have a 2006 and the sliding doors don't open. I'm trying to figure this out as I recently had my doors slammed in by a drunk driver. Now's as good a time as any.
The key detail missing in this video, is in order to make that rear window guide rail able to move back and forth like he shows in the video (which you NEED to be able to do in order to get the glass to cooperate), is that there is a bolt on the other side of the door frame keeping that rail immobile. If you remove it (it's located just below the bolts for the top rear door hinge) you can move that rail enough to slide the glass in.
This video was very useful. I replaced the window myself. Without this video I would have dismantled the whole door. Two words I have for you guys: THANK YOU!!!

it makes it a lot more easy if you take the glass out because the rear track is glued to the regulator and is next to impossible to put it back in.
Makes zero sense,
