Chrysler Town and Country cranks but won't start fix!

My 2012 Town and Country van started having an issue lately where the starter would crank repeatedly but wouldn’t start. After reading up on the issue, I found that it was due to a faulty TIPM fuel pump relay. Up to this point if I could get it started it would run, because the relay would kick on the pump. If the battery was low and I jumped started the car, sometimes that would work because having the extra voltage helps the relay turn the pump on. I also noticed after shutting the van off once that the pump continued to run for 10 minutes, which is not normal and drains the battery leading me back to step 1 of jumping the car.

Fortunately there is a company called Vertical Visions that makes a really easy $59+shipping plug and play fix for this problem. In the video I go through issue, install the fix, and show it working again. This video was not sponsored, as I was actually having this issue and bought the part as the solution. I would highly recommend checking the company out below if you are having the same issue with you Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram between the years 2008 up to 2020 in some models.

How do I order please

@lanreoshisami8934 says:

Mine was showing P0562 System Voltage Low

I installed this TIPM module and my town &Country still has intermittent starting issues. I was told to check the fuel pressure and if that is low, then the fuel check valve needs replaceing.

Mine has the Verical visions fuel pump by pass relay. Fixed the fuel issue. Still has intermittent starting problems any suggestions?

Great video, recently upgraded our 08 with non of these issues to a 2011 seemed great, then crank no start. Luckily this came up, as i was going to start dumping money on fuel pump, sensors and who knows where? Or going to court for buying a lemon. Thank you all for knowing the fix and saving me. How long does this fix lasts?

@CarsNCrypto626 says:

Hopefully people know there are two versions, one that will still use the ASD to shut the pump off in case of an accident and one that doesn’t. This one does not

I had that problem with my 2012 dodge grand caravan & I charged the battery it worked but next morning it did it again same exact issue but soon as I ordered that bypass it straight fixed the issue and now my van is back running. Thank you for the video & vertical visions

I have the same car with push start but my fuel pump is working and gas is coming to the engine. It keeps cranking but won’t start at all.

Had the same issues with my 2011 T&C. I saw this video and shared the product with the mechanics I was working with, and they ordered and installed it. Worked great for about 5 starts, then went back to non-starting, but this time getting the transmission involved somehow. After it miraculously started, I drive it back to the shop, where they spent more time going over every relay and fuse connection. But it was when they explored the computer RAM that really made the difference. They found all kinds of garbled error codes, filling up the solid state RAM. Once they deleted all of the error codes, the car never had a problem starting again. I hope this helps someone.

@nickrct says:

Impressed with the mileage. Was this still on the original trans? Any tips for another T&C owner to get to the same mileage?

I have this problem AND the engine rattles & the exhaust randomly bangs loud. Is this something different?
