Welcome to ShopLifeTV!
In this video I show how to install H and R lowering springs on an e46 wagon. The process is similar for most of the e46 models. If you need help with removing and installing rear shocks, make sure to watch my coilover installation DIY.

Ur the holly grail of e46
Which springs can I use for 330xi ?!
Bro you need to let the springs break in for a couple of day or week to really see the difference of drop
What is the downside of using the stock swaybar links with lowering springs like these?
Nice! I actually want to do the opposite of this. My ZHP coupe rear is sitting quite low for the 265/35/18 tyres plus 10mm spacer and the tyre rubs the fender. Can't tell if it's the sorings that are weak or the struts are. Also do not know if there are opposites for lowering springs. I ordered a fender roller but haven't felt comfortable tampering with the shape of the car yet
Hey! Could you potentially do a video about rear bushings, link arm bushings on an e46? Great video, props from sweden.
Great vid! Love your E46 tutorials, please keep them coming.
