if you don’t have the proper bushing tools drink before, during and after. I made this work by creating my own jigs but i’m telling you having the proper tools to do this job would have made it easier

kw feder says:

one question: Do I drink a pint before I start off on the project or after?

Bullshitkorner says:

honestly if i was to do it over again i’d spend the money and buy the bushing install tool kit for the BMW it would be way easier. I spent so much time trying to figure something out it was insane. this was not a fun job at all trust me

Milton Cerda says:

You’re videos are awesome and helpful. I have a question. Are you able to provide information on exactly what hardware you needed to purchase to get you along the job aside from the Ball Joint Press and Bushing Driver tool kit? Thanks!

Bullshitkorner says:

if your talking about the bushings that your subframe sets on, I do not have a video on that, as this video shows the rear bushing that causes your rear end to move forward

manuel guzman says:

Bullshitkorner says:

Bullshitkorner says:

Andrew Copeland says:

Beer isreallygood before any task, ha ha

Andrew Copeland says:

I’m in Edmonton,I have 2000 323i sedan and I do the same thing you do but no videos, I enjoy watching yours.

Andrew Copeland says:

Dude we should get together some time and drink beer and talk heavy duty /millright

Andrew Copeland says:

Awsome man

Bullshitkorner says:

no the ball joint press you should be able to find for around 50-75 bucks for the kit, it’s well worth the money. I don’t mind the Old Milwaulke it’s better than the beer i was just drinking in Cuba for the past week

bowen womack says:

Hey Jerry another great video,I plan on doing the ball joints on my truck soon is the balljoint press expensive? Old Milwaulke beer? We used to drink that in High SchoolLOL.

Dan rod says:

Hilarious lmao great video though. I actually replaced both lower rear control arms last week. That was the worst job ever i had to disconnect differential, axles, drive shaft and fight it to squeeze bolt out like 8 hours total both sides

Bullshitkorner says:

it would be one of the last years of the E53 or early models of the E70, it all depends I’d like to find one that needs work and fix it up.

propanemower13 says:

That would be cool if you got an X5 would you get the older style(E53) or the new E70? My grandmother has a 2007 3.0si and she loves it. But just be prepared cause they are known for the electric water pump failing. Luckily it hasnt happend to us yet. Fingers crossed.
