Well done! Should the small ball joint on this assembly be replaced at the same time?

What is the mileage for the car during this repair?

Quick note for anyone about to accomplish his job or attempt to accomplish his job get yourself a can of PB blaster and saturate all of the nuts and bolts and hard parts such is shock joint areas where the clamp wraps around the shocks or front struts the night before you work on it the next morning you will most likely have an area where every single location that was sprayed looks almost new meaning no more rust it also gets deep into the bolts and nuts it penetrates and loosens up all of the nuts making the job go way easier and require a lot less sanding banging and hammering

Do you know where I can get torque specs for this job?

Loved the video! I have a '13 CTS4 and my Detroit Axle kit showed up yesterday (1/7/25) with upper/lower control arms, strut assemblies, along with the ends for the steering linkage and sway bar. Gonna be fun – will HAVE to keep the impact guns charged up! Curious why nobody seems to be using blue Loctite for all these nuts and bolts?
