Hello, my car is a Jetta MK6 1.2 TSI with a CBZB engine. When I accelerate between 2000 and 2500 rpm while driving, I hear a whining noise coming from the engine compartment, and there's also a vibration in the accelerator pedal. It's as if the car isn't getting enough gas when I step on the accelerator at low rpm. Whenever I reach 2600 or 3000 rpm, the whining noise is present. Also, when I accelerate before 2000 rpm, there's no whining noise. Sometimes, when I idle, I accelerate to 2000 or 2500 rpm, and the noise is there, but it's short-lived. I'd be very grateful for any help. It's hard to find a knowledgeable mechanic like you around here. Thank you in advance. Best regards.

Yoooo I have this noise on my corsa 1.4 turbo. Every tike when the turbo kicks in it sounds exactly like that.
Is it so hard to just install a better quality bearing @mitsubishi? Also wonder why this was never fixed in production like the injectors got revised 11 times since release but Mitsubishi never fixed this…
happens when you let go of the gas pedal, or when RPMS dropping (if you rev up the engine) . as it gets worse youll hear it rattling all the time

I have a 2011 VW cc sport & took it to a euro performance shop & they told me it was a trashed waste gate. I hear this sound & I lost so much power and it’s jerky a lot. My main question is, can a bad waste gate cause stalling? It happens more when my A/C is on but my car stalls completely almost everytime I stop the car with my A/C on
Is it normal when the flapper rattle only happens when your stationary and builds boost accelerating?
My Fiesta ST-3 has this rattle and I’m also convinced it’s the wastegate. I need to find out if there’s a way to fix it without replacing the entire Turbo because it’s such an annoying sound.
The only way to fix this is only buy a bmw if you can afford the lease payment and never buy a used bmw if you can't afford to drop 3k out of nowhere once a year on the maintenance/issues and still live very comfortable. If you can't then you have no business owning one plain and simple. I know from a lot of experience and headaches, just my opinion of course.
What if I add an extra washer?
