Helpful video. Thanks
Thanks
I wonder if that is the same way you do it for the mk4 jetta?
@imbaman55 just push the front of them in and slide one side into the car
and pull the other side out takes about 10 seconds then just disconnect the
bulb on the wire behind them.. side markers and turn signals on bumper come
out the same way.
thanks 🙂
Do you have a tutorial somewhere to remove the rear bumper on a golf MK6
please?
nice!…does anyone know if an H7 HID Kit will fit on a 2003 1.8 gti?…
Do you have to remove the bumper to replace the lower grill? Mine broke and
hoped I could replace it easy enough.
do i need to remove bumper to replace leaky rad
german cars are pretty amazing. japs are good at copying german
tech/reverse engineering but they still can’t do it well enough.
thanks for help !!!
great video! made my headlight change painless! kevin
Super! thanks.
Thank you SO much! My n/s (UK) headlight got smashed my a bolt on the
motorway. All I had to go off was where the screws were on the new replica
headlight (only 2 screws on top). It was only when the old headlight didn’t
come out did I realise that I needed to take the bumper off to get to the
other screws (which you have confirmed in the vid). Was going to cost me
upwards of £250 p&l! Now, thanks to your vid, it’s cost me only £45 :o) Oh
Yeah! Gigidy gigidy! Thanks matey! Mav
Thank you SO MUCH for posting this video. I know I would have undone so
many unnecessary parts and pieces in trying to figure out how to do what
you showed to be a very simple procedure. Wish I could buy you a beer for
that.
just like me (and probably half the other people out there) i like to work
on my car at the most inconvenient times. RIGHT when it get’s dark outside.
then you can only work with one hand, since the other is holding a
flashlight. xD
Top guy for posting this. Well done and thanks.
@SwindleCon shut up clever pants
THANK YOU!! I was taking apart my front bumper today to change my
headlights on my Jetta and the Haynes manual pretty much left me in the
dark..a lot. This video was sooo helpful! Just wanted to say thanks (: much

dealer) – nice video buddy

Thank you, this was a great help, not having to figure it out myself. I’ve
just changed the left headlight on my Golf IV (not GTI) and I watched your
video just before starting the work. For others: The procedure is just the
same for the non-GTI-model, except my Golf has no sidelights. Thanks again!
5 of 5!
Thank you , plain and clear.
Brilliant & helpful video, I’ll be watching it with my laptop outside 🙂

@whoiszizou You are the fucking retard Ferdinand Porsche designed VW on the
request of Hitler. In 1933, with many of the above projects still in
development or early stages of production, Adolf Hitler declared his
intentions for a state-sponsored “Volkswagen” program. Hitler required a
basic vehicle capable of transporting two adults and three children at 100
km/h (62 mph). Hitler chose to sponsor an all new, state owned factory. The
engineer chosen for the task was Ferdinand Porsche.
this video was very helpful so easy when you know how thanks
Thanks for the good job on the vid. Just made my day much easier.
