Use heat before removing chip!!!! Even though it isnt shown in video. They make it look like it just pops out no problem.
Although it was not shown in the video, we applied heat to ensure the glue was soft and easy to remove the chip. We do not recommend attempting to remove the chip without heat.
Perfect guide. Should have watched before struggling for an hour
