Control Arm Bushing Replacement. This video will show you how to easily replace Upper Control Arm bushings (press the old ones out and press the new ones in with common tools). This job is fast and easy and can be done with basic hand tools and a ball joint or bushing press which you can rent for free at your local parts store.
You can also use this method to replace bushings in your leaf springs and pretty much anything that has pressed in bushings!

A genuine procedure, most vids show rubber bushing with no outer metal case which is where the nightmare starts,lol

What if your changing a rubber oem bushing for a polyurethane bushing how do you keep the metal sleeve and leave out only the rubber bushing part

– Always add some oil or grease to the threads of your tools. This reduces stress on parts and extends the life of your investment.
Some bushings differ in length slightly or aren't fully seated to that flared shoulder so – always measure total distance between the old bushings and stop pressing when the new bushings reach that distance. Test fit before going further.
