Question, what does that adapter from jarhead diagnostics actually do and is that just for toyotas?
The only part got confused on is when you said that the control side of the relay that turns on first EFI2 is coming from the computer, then why further checks if the constant and ignition powers and grounds and comm to pcm are good? That should be enough to call a computer?
How does jumping the OBD2 for half an hour, reprogram or recalibrate the ECM? Thank you.

I've seen one Corolla bad PCM after it sat for months…was definitely hesitant to call the PCM but the data doesn't lie!
