You need to upgrade to a turbo that can mount straight to the exhaust manifold without the need of the exhaust manifold to turbo adapter to help maintain boost better and also help spool faster.
So, how fast can the 3 cylinder turbocharged diesel Saturn go at this point?
you need methanol injection.
That diesel should be able to easily handle 28psi of boost. Can't wait to see how far it goes

I think you want static pressure, not airflow for boost

Robert it would be neat after this project is done to make the quietest cabin possible. How awesome of a ride would thay be? Especially if you used the same vehicle. Fuel efficient and quiet!
Have you tried adding an extra oil cooler/radiator to the kubota?

Methanol (windshield washer fluid) injection will lower your EGT's quite a bit. You should be fine at 1400° continuous for less than a couple minutes. My truck will exceed 1900° when hot dogging it…
