Great visual. I just recently at age 53 acquired a90' S2 cab. Was non op for 8+- yrs. The last owner has it for a year or so, he painted it & new tires. Looked beautiful, straight no rust body. Only Changed the oil & filter, air filter. It barely ran, so far we've done battery, all fluids, including radiator flush, water pump, all pullys and roller kits, belts. New timing belt tensioner. Plugs. Cap rotor, Hewett wires, new K &N air. Had to reset the fuel sender, someone had it in there wrong, crushed it up a bit, I had to straighten the aluminum housing, reseated. solid now, the fuel light was always on now operating correctly. Replace the broken odometer gear added a blue light kit in the dash. New radiator fan wiring assembly. Ceramic brake pads. Brought the A/c back to life, that's a strong compressor! Newly refreshed the cloth seats & interior, runs damn solid now. Just need to now figure out a sometimes but not always rattling in 1st & 2nd gear. Sounds like front area near exhaust ports but cannot pinpoint.. it's seldom so hard to figure out, usually around 2800 rpm. Any thoughts? Could it be the driveshaft housing? I'm not versed on those parts and def not a mechanic. But it would be nice to figure this out, it would be a great peace of mind! Thx again for the clutch tutorial!
