After buying my Porsche Boxster in England then brought it with me to Germany I needed to make a few changes to pass the TüV (MOT) but nothing too difficult.
– Headlights new from Porsche = 1000€
– Miles to km on the dash = 0€ dash has a menu that allows changing between mph and km/h
– Fog lights and reverse lights needed swapping over = 0€ no need to buy parts as only a wire was required to enable the fog light
Items change after purchase: – 4000€
– Clutch
– Coil Packs
– Plugs
– Coil pack wires
Items failed during ownership: – 2000€
– Front Dampers
– Aircon rads
– 1 Brake pipe
– Coolant pipe behind bumper
Extra: –
– New wheels 1000€
– Headlights 1000€
– New key surround from Porsche
Total = 8000€ max
Pros
– Great driving car
– Plenty of storage
– Cool trim
– Looks
Cons
– Radio bad
– Foot rest
– Cost to fix
– Key button to unlock/lock
– Oil reading
Summary: –
Great driving car. Spares not too bad but make sure you have an up to date Porsche history otherwise costs add up.
Looks great. Fuel not unreasonable.
The driving experience far outweighs the cons, but make sure you pay more for a well maintained model.

Nice Job covering everything….easy to follow and just buy it for what it is, not so much what it is not. Thanks
