Great job guys. My 2011 Cayenne S goes in for its 3rd TS next week. I just made it by days under the new Porsche 10 years extended warranty. Down the road many a Cayenne owners will be looking to this set of videos for guidance in DIY'ing their own fixes if you hold on to your 2011 Cayenne's like I plan on doing for as long as she will last!

I too am experiencing the gear slipping and shifting like crap on my Cayenne, and I'm wondering if the problem is the transfer case or transmission valve body. Is there a way to diagnose which it is?

You started so well and along the way you lost the precise explanation. I was hoping for a step by step reassemble but you lost me. I really will like to see reassembly since many Porsche Cayenne owners are having issues with the transfer case. It will be good to know which parts you bought for the kit. Perhaps you friend was right… “dude will never never be able to put this back on. Best of luck, it looks really complicated and some of the parts might have exact starting positions that require alignment with other parts. Please post a video when done.
