@CTone25 no. Your best bet is one of the following parts: Massive Audio –
FLATLINE Peripheral – PCH8 Rockford Fosgate – 3sixty.1 or 3sixty.2 The
rockford piece is the better choice since it has equalization and
crossovers built in. All of these to a true line-level conversion that will
not cost you any of your signal quality that normal line output converters
do.
@hayes1181 I don’t believe this application will help you much. the cars
are different as far as construction.
can i use this kit to add an amplifier to the stock head unit?
Thanks for the video it was very detailed and helpful.
Would this video also work for a Cobalt, I have a 2006 LS, I know the
Pontiac G5 is very similar to the cobalt not sure about the G6. Sweet Video
did u have to buy a kit or did the factory head unit already have rca
outputs
@MrAaron616 the RCA’s are inputs for the audio interface.

We used the factory head unit. we added an iPod interface that works with
the factory deck.
what year model was this g6?
This could also be used for a 2004 chevy malibu. Same exact steps!
