Why did you leave all of that extra line coiled up behind the unit?

Thinking about doing a ducted/ductless system in a 2 story cape style home we are buying. Due to the slanted ceilings upstairs in the two bedrooms and a small bathroom in the middle I’m thinking doing ducts for those three upstairs rooms. Can the Mitsubishi air handler go into the attic? Also I’m assuming there needs to be some type of access for changing the filter right? Looking at a 48k h2i condenser, 24k air handler, 1 12k wall mount in the downstairs main living area, and either 2 6k or 1 9k wall mount in the downstairs bedroom, but because it’s an L shaped room (walk in wardrobe/closet area) I’m thinking the two 6’s might be better for even cooling/heating. Also I’m assuming it’ll be ok to run those linesets from the attic 8 way junction box to both the left side and right side of the house where the wall mount units will be?

What’s the best thermostat you would go with the intelli heat?
