Question maybe you can help with. I have a 99 200 EFI. It idles fine but doesn’t want to plane off. After a while I can put it in neutral and it will run fine the rest of the time. I’ve changed power packs, plugs & wires and the compression is fine. Thinking possibly regulator or stator?
