Because it says STEP1 is drain fuel tank, gives 2 hrs to rr pump.
The right thing is for STEP1 to say ” Raise up back seat on passenger side,
remove big round black plastic circle and do your business right there in
15 minutes. That’s all ya need” Readings there makes you a dumb ass. Better
to google everything.
