So you know that reflector light housing located on the rear of the 1979 Lincoln Continental? It’s just dead space. My plan for sprucing it up was to install LED lights and wire it into the taillights.
The decision to do that has been a popular add-on to the custom features of “Claudine”. Numerous times I have been asked about how I did it. Well, today on Skagg’s Garage I’ll show you how. I’m removing the old lights and trying out three light replacement options. Follow me to see how it’s done and which option I choose.

On my 77 Lincoln town coup I actually changed out the plastic grill for Rolls Royce grill vanes the real thing.behind the headlight doors are rectangular composite headlights.the pillows on the seats I removed the seat covers and replaced the foam with memory foam. I tucked the bumpers in and led interior lights.i need to know the length of that double row led strip for the tail light board to know what to order from China on epay.
I will do the same thing to my 76 LTD coup. Neat idea.

That’s pimpin’ buddy. I’ve got a ‘75 that’s mint original, 93k miles that I’ve been thinking about selling. I might keep it one more year and copy your upgrade. I’ve got curb feelers and boomerang antenna on trunk, kept the 8-track in dash with power everything. That’s neat though.
