great video! combined with this posting on clublexus com (title is: drivers-side-view-mirror-actuator-broke) I was able to fix this problem for $0.93 using a 5/16 hose clamp at home depot. The clamp could not be hammered back into place so I used hose clamp and pushed down on the spring with my thumb and then tightened the hose clamp with a power drill. Works great so far!
