These are temporary, get your tire patched at a shop or use inner tire patches if you want it permanently fixed, trust me, these begin leaking

For anyone wanting to do this, these are not safe, I worked as a Certified Tire Tech, and Countless times I've seen these fail and ruin a tire. You need to get safe Plug AND patches from dealers or for free from Discount/ Americas Tire.

I have that exact plug kit and have used it twice already.
There are two sizes of rubber tubes. A big one like the one you used, and a smaller one for smaller, nail sized holes like this one.
The smaller ones make a biiiig difference in how much force you need to push the rubber in
