The IS250 engines rattle during the start, the older vvti engines drink a lot of oil. But all in all toyota and lexus make great engines. My 1mz-fe holds up pretty nicely.

Sorry, but I hate the styling of new Civics. I like my cars smooth and curvy, not jagged and angular. Hatchbacks are already an ugly style of car, but the Civic hatchbacks, including the Type R, are the ugliest that I've ever seen.
hey scotty, i just my first car it's a 2013 honda civic ex auto 136xxxkm. I bought it from my grandfather, he didn't drive much maybe 5000km a year but it has a small jolt when going into reverse so i'm wondering if it needs a tune up since it sat a lot? love your videos they helped me make a better decision when shopping for cars

I have a 2013 Nissan Sentara with a CVT transmission. With 77800 miles on it. Had it serviced The transmission went in two weeks. I was told it will cost me $4.900 to replace the transmission. At my cost. What can or should I do?

I would like to know what Scotty thinks about Toyota plans to charge a subscription fee in the near future (i.e. 2024??) to use the remote functions on your Key FOB! Imagine after a free trial period, you then have to pay a $9.95 – $19.995 monthly fee for the remote start or other Key FOB remote functions to work! Just another money grab by the auto industries..Toyota being the first, which will be quickly follow by the other auto makers if they see it worked for Toyota…
