*If you ever wondered how to get your 1140 horsepowers to the ground in the
most optimal way … ;-D*
Just do it like Vikings does … 😉
*Koenigsegg – The only remaining wholly Swedish car brand …*

Alexander Young says:

tonyfromconn says:

qi hong says:

C6Fever says:

Imagine, Volvo and this come from the same country haha Wellcome to the
Kingdom of Sweden :D

jim j says:

Koenigsegg and Pagani have surpassed Ferrari and Lamborghini IMO as far as
created truly brilliant supercars

Tom Huz says:

What a Total waste of money… Buy a Ferrari, at least then the value might
hold or even increase with time.

This thing is a piece of shit that drops in value like the Titanic.

Grant Rodgers says:

Wouldn’t a DCT still be lighter, or do I have things confused?

TheLasagneLP says:

thank you /Drive for this amazing series of videos… it made me truly
happy to watch these geniuses and I’m really looking forward to the future
of Automobiles now!

Éric Théoret says:

Quite brilliant engineering. I love how Mr Koenigsegg explains things too;
very clear and precise, yet not heavy at all

Pen W says:

Koenigsegg FTW!

Samuel Vimes says:

I want one.

Gael Soldati says:

Genius! not afraid to share his tricks and work! awesome!

Cameron J Chen says:

I’m out of tissue.

Nafir Alvarez says:

I wish that Volkswagen would let Koenigsegg and Hennessey test there cars
on there 5.6 mile track. But that will never happen because you cant have
Bugatti get out performed in its own back yard.

k says:

Wow it’s amazing how a small company with a small number of employees can
create such sophisticate machines. They’re probably are all M.I.T. or
Caltech engineers.

Juan Salvattore says:

I didn’t know much about koenisegg until i started watching these short
videos and it’s slowly becoming my favorite super car. The engineering
behind every single aspect of the car is amazing and specially in this
video, you can see the vast understanding they have about how cars should
respond and handle, this wet clutch in particular is quite innovating and
allows the car to retain its true roots. Amazing how a shop in Sweden
without all market fame like ferrari, lamborghini, porsche etc are making a
better car hyper car.

refinedfriend says:

He is an excellent English speaker. Brilliant vehicular engineering.

Tomy Ghost says:

Koenigsegg is best car in the world!!

Aquiles Bailoyo says:

thank you Christian for saving us from the terrible future of electronic
transmissions

ION-X Quattros says:

that is a very smart idea for a transmission, good job Koenigsegg

Mike Cuns says:

so many people go in this factory for a documentary

AnHRTBus says:

i think the *true* point *everyone* is missing is that this car makes over
1,000hp (it’s 1,140hp to be exact) using a *5 litre V8 with twin turbo
chargers.*
to put that in perspective for all you secret volkswagen fans out there:
the veyron uses a 8 litre W16 quad turbo, and makes exactly 1,001hp (for
the standard veyron, the SS is 1,200hp)
so that is the marvel of engineering, and don’t bring up the top speed
difference, since who cares about 12 mph once you reach 200? after all,
there are only 6 places in the world you can achieve top speeds in these
cars, and your average buyer of any 200mph club car is never going to get
it over 160mph.
so bugatti fanboys can stop puffing their chests, because once you break it
down, the bugatti is a VW on steroids, wrapped in a chic exterior and
futuristic victorian leather interior theme. it’s so tech’d out it doesn’t
even really need a driver, you’re just there to be there. the agera
however, *requires* a driver, and not just any driver, one who knows *how*
to drive.

Brandon Vega says:

wheres this guys eyebrows

Danny Fallas says:

+Christian von Koenigsegg you are AWESOME!

Thomas Brunyee says:

Dat gearbox.

Mind=Blown

Grim214 says:

Just more unreal shit from the masterminds at koenigsegg. When you go in
depth in learning what they do at koenigsegg it becomes more than just
making a hypercar, throwing out some ridiculous top speed and putting a six
figure price tag on it. To me, there is 100% maximum effort that goes into
these cars and people who are fortunate enough to own one better appreciate
it.

Michael Jhonny says:

overhyped crap, get out of my way ikea bs, and give me real hypercars…P1,
918, LaFerrari.

Ethan Losco says:

I LOVE KOENIGSEGG!!!!!!!

scribble798 says:

good explaination :)…. very nice and unique car!!!! AMT’s (with
synchos!!!) mmm

Johan Nilsson Nilsson says:

v.a.g should listen to this… dsg= epic fail compared to this!

Morshidul Chowdhury says:

I wish I could work at Koenigsegg.

luke Mitchell says:

Why does it grip so well it’s unreal and what engine provides that speed?
It looks like a space ship on wheels

chap1144 says:

Holy shit, that is some proper engineering. Blowing my mind a little bit.
