It was exactly my problem, DON’T REMOVE INNER FENDER WELL. Short 12 mm socket 3/8” to 1/2” adaptor and torque wrench, set to 8 ft pounds torque to start, move up to 14 ft pounds torque. When vehicle is COLD. My bolts were loose. Hyundai parts direct online shipped correct seal direct to my house for under $13. Thanks for the video Great Work PUT VEHICLE ON PLASTIC RAMPS AND HAD PLENTY OF ROOM TO WORK.
