Symptom:
While off roading after hitting a decent bump I shifted out of 4×4 Low and my shifter went loose – like it was not attached to anything. This was a problem as I was STUCK in neutral!

Upon inspection, I found the transfer case linkage had disconnected from the Pin and it looked like it was missing a clip or something to hold on it. Thankfully, you can manually hook the ring over the pin to still use the shifter should you get stuck! But, you’ll need to buy and fit this cheap Jeep Mopar bushing to get it to stay on.

The how to guide & video is my first time fitting the bushing part, which I bought from my Jeep Dealership, very easy anyone can do it, save yourself the money and do it yourself! I hope it helps someone else with their installation and repairs.

Cheers
