the only proper way to repair a d35 is by throwing it in the dumpster
had the same thing happen to my 90xj except differentials locked up and had to skid jeep to trailer, took diff cover off and cant remove diffs because I cannot rotate the axles, any clue on how to fix or just switch the whole axle.? thanks this video helped a bunch.
Did someone install those bearings with a blowtorch?
