Common fault on Jaguar XF and Jaguar XJ models causing “Smart Key Not Found” and non-start issues.
In many cases the problem is caused by a faulty BCM (Body Control Module), where the immobiliser data becomes corrupted. Repair usually requires restoring the original module data and reprogramming the system back to the vehicle.
