Honda CRV timing chain replacement DIY #crv #rsx #tsx #accord #k20 #k24 #timing chain

Timing chain replacement on a 2003 Honda CRV. This is probably one of the most detailed videos I’ve made so far. so feel free to skip along…but be sure to check out the ending for some bonus laughs…

This should be the same process for all the Honda Acura K series engines. Only slight exception would be the K23 RDX motor with the intercooler on top, but the timing chain removal and install should be the same.

Accord drive belt replacement… Another video for the removal and install of the drive belt.

Thanks Uncle for doing this video. Took all the guess work out of the job. One thing. It's better to place your part on a sturdy flat wooden benchtop to protect the sealing surface when hammering in seals. Doing it on your drain pan is kinda sketchy.

if 2003 CRV chain is broken or something due to no engine oil does it require engine replacement?
