The bulb in description is missing the grooves that hello it sit in place. The ones from description, grooves are too short

I don't know what the piece is called, but the connector on my wire that connects to my driver's side headlight has the blue piece loose in it and it doesn't get a good clip when trying to plug it in. Is it easy to replace that part? Or should I have someone do it at a mechanic shop?
