He’s absolutely right. I was advised to put a few wraps of electrical tape around the socket swivel when removing the super tough spark plug, worked well.
Another good tool to have is a locking Extension. When you pull your ratchet or extension out, you don't want your socket still stuck on the new spark plug. It's easy to just pull on the extension. Or… you can use a spark plug socket with a universal on it so you can bend it at a 90 before pulling the socket off the plug.
Hardest part is taking those damn spark plug plugs with the heat shield

Even easier if you take the passenger wheel and wheel liner off. Takes a little longer, but less frustrating.
Life the truck and take the wheel well plastic off with some t bits and there right there
