On todays videos I will show you how I install my own LS engine lifters and GM factory lifter trays, the lifters you see in the video are used factory LS7 lifters the GM lifter trays are new, the lifters was good when removed so should be fine reusing, I have lots of videos on my channel on LS engines, if you want to see some videos on how to check your used lifters and trays, I will link some videos down below.
They are many ways to install your LS lifters into your engine my video is not the only way, this video just shows you how I installed mine, always do your research before attempting your own lifter install and install them the way that works best for you. at the end of the day its your engine so build it your way!

Do the holes scoop the oil to press into the oushrod?
